How it Works
What you can expect if you book Fotografica for your Charity Golf Day...
· You pay nothing for the photographer to attend.
· We will generally arrive an hour before the first tee-off to set up equipment.
· The photographer will stay on one tee to photograph each team. This is the case whether you are having a shotgun start, two-tee start or sequential tee-offs from the 1st.
· Each team will be photographed as a group and then individually when teeing off, if they have no objections.
· When all teams have been photographed, the photographer will return to the clubhouse to process the images. All the photos are then printed.
· Two types of photo are printed; the magazine-cover for each individual (example right) and a team photo for each team, click here for example.
· When the players return to the clubhouse, the photos are normally ready to pick up and view. The player can then choose whether to purchase or not.
· Our day normally ends when the players sit down to dinner.
· 10% of our takings are donated to the charity.
· Purely corporate events can be covered in the same way but without the 10% commission, or...
· As photos make an excellent gift, you may wish to purchase pictures for all the participants at your golf day, so why not ask about our range of corporate packages.
· Most golf events can be covered by one photographer but two may be needed for larger events.
· See below for more details on the magazine cover.

Photos ready to be viewed by the golfers, one pile for
each team. There were over 30 teams at this event!
· Space to set up before the first tee off. This needs to be where the players will be after their round and before their meal, as this is our selling time, so normally in the bar area.
· A couple of trestle tables to set up on, (size dependant on the number of teams playing).
Magazine Cover
Introduced in 2008, the mock-up magazine cover instantly became our best selling style of photograph. The players feature on the front cover of the (fictitious) 'British Golfer Magazine' and their team photo is displayed in the corner. These photos are printed at the larger size of 12"x8" (akin to the size of a real magazine). Not only do people think they are great fun, more importantly they feature the charity's logo and that of any sponsors. This is beneficial to both parties, as hopefully the photograph will be on the participants mantelpiece back at home or their desk at work and will then been seen by friends/family/colleagues. Being more eye-catching than a plain photograph, it is a great way of raising awareness of the charity and good advertising for the sponsors.
